I will tell you the details of my DHA (Delicious, Healthy and Addiction- free) meals.
I eat lots of fruits and veggies. I strongly believe they are super DHA.
Needless to say, they have good nutrients. They have lots of minerals, vitamins, fibers, enzymes and even proteins. They are essential to our bodies. They are easily digested.
Many scientists and dieticians already tell you that enough, so I don’t need to say more.
When I think about which food I should eat and which I shouldn’t, I always imagine the diet of monkeys or chimpanzees.
They enjoy eating fruits and green leafy vegetables. They eat some insects, too, but they never attack a cow to eat. We should eat like them. If we do that, we never become sick or obese.
However, we, humans lost the intinction to choose the right food.
I tried raw vegan diet. I felt amazing. I didn’t have to lie down after eating only raw fruits and veggies. I had lots of energy and my body was light.
However, it didn’t last long, because there are many distractions and temptations to eat our modern unhealthy food. Some people are successfully raw vegan for a long time. I admire them. How come they do that?
But now I am no trying to be a raw vegan. I found a easy way to eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables.
