Meditation #3

Meditation became automatic.
I do it every day.

It was just like learning a foreign language.
I am continuously improving both skills and enjoying them.

At the beginning, I didn’t even know how to sit for meditation.
I was also sleepy and thought of something useless all the time.

Now I learned how to sit.
I sometimes don’t appreciate nor think of anything grateful, but I keep appreciating what I already have.
I became calmer and happier.

The word “Thank you” has lots of positive energy.
It leads me to appreciate things naturally.
I can find my life easier and have less stress.

When I appreciate what I already have, I can focus on the present.

Present? I will talk about being present next time.
